Practice Description
I provide therapy services to couples, individuals and families. Two areas of specialty in working with couples are assisting them to work through conflict effectively (a good fight!) and assisting them in restoring intimacy and commitment. When working with individuals in the areas of depression, anxiety, spirituality, sexuality etc., I approach it from a systemic perspective, being mindful of how the relationship system impacts the current situation. My primary work with families consists of enhancing parent/teen relationships and parent/ adult children relationships.
I also provide conflict coaching, direct conflict facilitation and conflict workshops to organizations. I assist individuals and teams in learning to manage conflict well and communicate effectively, by increasing their understanding of themselves and "the other" in challenging times.
