Practice Description
I provide therapy services to individuals, couples and families. My areas of specialty include reducing depression and anxiety, living with stress, spiritual inquiry for improved physical and emotional health, grief and loss, life transitions, balancing personal, family and work needs.
I help couples enhance their intimate relationship through a heightened awareness of mutual acceptance, understanding, and respect. My primary work with families consists of improving the parent/teen relationship and the parent/adult child relationship.
I also offer assistance to family businesses wanting to improve communication, relationships, morale, and productivity in their workplaces.
I approach issues from a holistic, systemic approach that strengthens connection, uniqueness, and creativity, so all will benefit from responsibility and the purposiveness of thoughts, emotions, and actions.
