The directory is intended to assist users in selecting or making referrals to members of the British Columbia Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (BCAMFT). The directory includes information only for those Clinical Members and Approved Supervisors of BCAMFT who have paid a fee to be listed -- it is not a complete list of all Clinical Members and Approved Supervisors in British Columbia.
BCAMFT does not examine, determine or warrant the competence of any therapist listed in this referral directory other than to establish that they hold Clinical Member or Approved Supervisor status in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. All such members adhere to the AAMFT Code of Ethics and yearly renewal of membership requires the provision of information regarding professional liability insurance.
